FAQ
-
Continuous Enrollment is a common-sense approach that simplifies the re-enrollment process for families. Rather than requiring families to re-enroll each year, Continuous Enrollment creates an opt-OUT process, meaning once a family signs the Tuition and Continuous Enrollment Agreement, their student(s) will remain enrolled until graduation or until the family chooses to opt out.
-
Traditional enrollment models require families to complete re-enrollment paperwork annually, which can be both tedious and stressful. Continuous Enrollment eliminates this burden, allowing families to remain enrolled seamlessly. This approach aligns with practices used by many colleges and Christian schools nationwide. HHCA’s goal is to simplify the process and provide peace of mind to our families.
-
Continuous enrollment started during the enrollment season for the 2025-26 school year. Current families signed the continuous enrollment form with their enrollment paperwork. The forms can be found on Classreach for your review.

Each January, HHCA will send a reminder to all families about the upcoming opt-out period. Families who wish to remain enrolled do not need to take any action. Those considering making changes for the upcoming year are encouraged to use this time to finalize their decisions.
Tuition charges for the upcoming school year will be posted to your account after the Opt-out window, with payments starting in July, according to the selected payment plan.
-
After 2025, HHCA is pleased to announce that families will not be charged a re-enrollment fee under the Continuous Enrollment plan. This change further simplifies the process and reduces financial burdens on our families.
-
Agreement: The Continuous Enrollment Agreement was signed by all returning families in 2025. Going forward, this will be done when families first enroll their child(ren) at HHCA. This agreement remains in effect until the student graduates or the family opts out.
Commitment: Families agree to fulfill their financial obligations promptly and communicate with the Finance Office in the event of financial difficulties.
Flexibility: HHCA understands that family plans may change. Families may opt out without penalty during the annual opt-out period.

Nothing!
Tuition charges for the new school year will be posted to your account in the spring, with payments starting in July according to the selected payment plan. You will stay in the same payment plan as you select this year. Please notify us if you would like to change your plan.
-
Starting next year, families who do not plan to return for the upcoming school year must complete the following steps by the opt-out deadline:
Notify the school by submitting the Continuous enrollment opt-out Form by clicking the link above or requesting a copy at the front office.
Schedule a meeting with school administration (if desired) to discuss any concerns or circumstances.
-
Students who opt out will no longer have their spot guaranteed in their class. If families choose to return for the next school year, re-enrollment will be subject to space availability. There will also be a $100 fee to re-enroll.
Financial aid awards will be forfeited and must be reapplied for if the family returns.
-
If your plans change after the opt-out window has closed, you may still withdraw by notifying us no later than May 1. HHCA will release you from the upcoming year’s tuition, subject to a $200 late withdrawal fee per student.
Withdrawals after May 1 are subject to the financial policies outlined on our tuition page.
-
Families who applied for financial aid by February 15 will have one week from the date their financial aid decision is e-mailed to make their opt-out decision. No action is required by February 15 if you are awaiting a financial aid decision.
-
HHCA recognizes that unforeseen events may require families to withdraw after the opt-out deadline. In such cases, families may submit a written request to the Board of Directors explaining their circumstances. The Board will review the request and determine if a release from the Continuous Enrollment Agreement is warranted.
