Candice Garner

4th Grade Teacher

Mrs. Garner holds degrees from Harding University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s Degree in Education: Reading. She has taught in public schools, a one-room schoolhouse, and homeschooled her children full time for 6 years before beginning at HHCA. 

A former missions/development worker in Uganda with Kibo Group International, she has traveled to all the inhabited continents and has a love for geography, history, and all things books and reading.

This is Mrs. Garner’s 2nd year teaching 4th grade at HHCA. She enjoys the Classical Christian environment at Headington Hill and learning alongside her students.  She has been married to her husband Bobby for 22 years, and they have 4 children.
