Cassie Frazier

Director of Finance and Technology.

Cassie holds a BS in Psychology with a focus on educational and child psychology and has spent over a decade teaching—first in her homeschool and later teaching science in private schools. Her love for classical Christian education is central to her work. Guided by the philosophy of Multum non Multa—“much, not many”—she values depth over breadth, believing that clarity, wonder, and lasting understanding come from focusing on what matters most.

Detail-oriented and process-driven, she now brings that same commitment to Headington’s finances and technology. With experience running a small accounting firm alongside her husband, she applies her skills to stewarding the school’s resources with care, building efficient systems, and supporting long-term planning.

Cassie has been married to her husband, Alex, for 20 years, and together they are raising two incredible teenage sons. In her free time, she enjoys reading, dreaming of future travels, and laughing over board games with her family.
